About Diani & the South Coast

Diani Beach is regularly voted Africa's best beach — powder-white sand, warm Indian Ocean, coconut palms, and a reef that keeps the water swimmable year-round. South of Mombasa, it's a 45-minute flight or 8-hour train ride from Nairobi. Trek uses Diani for wellness retreats, beach running training camps, and race-recovery extensions after marathons elsewhere in the region.
