Visa & Entry
Visa-free for East African Community residents. Kenyan, Ugandan, Rwandan, Burundian, and South Sudanese passport holders enter Tanzania with just a passport and yellow fever card.
What you need
- Valid passport (6 months remaining)
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate
Non-EAC travellers: Tanzania visa-on-arrival is USD 50 (USD 100 for US passport holders). Pay in clean USD cash at the border. E-visa also available at eservices.immigration.go.tz.
