Victoria Falls
The Smoke that Thunders — finish the overland trip at one of the Seven Natural Wonders.
About Victoria Falls
Victoria Falls is the grand finale of Trek's 18-day Cape to Cairo overland. Mosi-oa-Tunya — "The Smoke that Thunders" — drops 108 metres into the Zambezi gorge, sending spray up visible from 30km away. The falls straddle the Zimbabwe–Zambia border and you can walk between both sides on the historic Victoria Falls Bridge. Trek travellers run the Vic Falls morning loop on the Zim side, then cross the bridge for a sunrise run on the Zambia side the next day — two Strava activities, two countries, one natural wonder.
